Highland Hill is located in the bluffs of eastern Iowa, next to the Mississippi River. My husband and I have grown up as part of the beef industry and enjoy the country farm life. We changed paths to miniature highland and highpark cattle due to our limited pasture. The ease of working with them compared to full size beef cattle is an added bonus. Our children, Cole, Claire and Tenlee are busy with 4h and these cattle make a great project for them. And not to mention they are so much more adorable to look at every day!
